At a loose end
If you are at a loose end, you have nothing to do for a time.
EX:
Having finished his work early, I was at a loose end for the rest of the evening.
Nam was at a loose end, so he went for a walk by the Mekong River.
At the top of your voice
If you shout or sing at the top of your voice, you do so very loudly.
My daughter shouted for help at the top of her voice, but no one heard her.
